Audience engagement generates content ideas

Gregg Fine, The Code Creative

"Newer creators should make sure to spend time building their audience. I’ve been building The Code Creative’s audience on YouTube over the last couple of years and learning what kind of content followers enjoy and find valuable. This is what led to the creation of my “Scrollytelling 101” course.

I go through periods where I have to attend to other tasks, but I try to be as consistent as possible. Regularly posting content that is of high quality and relevant to your audience is crucial. It helps to establish a routine and stick to it as much as possible. Your audience will come to expect new content from you, and they'll be more likely to engage with it.

Finally, engage with the audience. I always respond to comments and often ask for feedback. This helps build a sense of community and makes the audience feel valued. It's also great for getting content ideas for new tutorials and courses!"
