Dream bigger with manifestation journaling

"I begin each day with writing in my manifestation journal. I start by listing three things I am grateful for, three things I want to accomplish that I know I can definitely do each day (it can be as simple as getting out of bed to make breakfast), and then three things I want to achieve in the near future towards my BIG goal.
By writing that and listing my gratitudes and short-term and long-term goals, I subconsciously feel thankful and productive that I am able to achieve and accomplish so much within a short period of time. It also motivates me as I don't like to be disappointed (a very stark trait of a Capricorn) so listing things forces me to get out of bed and work towards my dreams!
I am also able to look back each week/month/year and reflect on how far I have come and all the wonderful and many things I have accomplished. It also gives me the motivation that I can dream bigger because I am able to fulfill anything I put my mind on."
