"I plan my tasks and goals quarterly. The first thing I do is a brain dump of everything that I need to do. Then, I do a time audit to figure out how much time I have to do all the tasks and schedule them out accordingly.
Every week, I revisit my list and will make adjustments as needed. This helps because when I wake up, I have a list of exactly what I need to do for the day.
I use the Pomodoro technique to stay focused on my tasks. I do focused work for 25 minutes and then take a 5-minute break. This makes me more efficient and helps me to get things done with zero distractions from things like social media."
