That includes all core Podia features, from our site builder to online courses, digital downloads, webinars, memberships, email marketing, and more.

Questions outside of our expertise
While we can’t give you hands-on support for these, we have plenty of DIY resources and links to find answers.
While we do allow for adding custom code on the Shaker and Earthquaker plans, custom code, by definition, means supporting code that we didn’t write.
Because of that, we can’t know all of the various languages, frameworks, and dependencies that are created by custom code, and we can’t help troubleshoot custom code.

Our Zapier integration connects Podia with more than 2,000 top apps and platforms, and thousands of our customers use it to get more out of Podia.
But much like custom code, our team aren’t experts in Zapier’s other products, and we aren’t able to help with issues related to those tools.

Third-party apps we integrate with
Podia’s third-party integrations connect Podia with other apps our creators commonly use, like MailChimp, ConvertKit, Stripe, PayPal, and more.
While we’re happy to help with any issues taking place on our end, we aren’t able to access your accounts with those other tools, which limits the support we can offer. We encourage reaching out directly to the third-party tools for help getting them working.
