Data Processing Addendum

We offer a data processing addendum (DPA) for our customers that operate in the EU that would be considered controllers of personal data for purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR) in connection with their use of Podia’s services. Our DPA supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and contains contractual terms that address the GDPR’s requirements for data processing agreements between controllers and processors, including with respect to personal data transfer, and that reflect our data privacy and security commitments to our clients.
