Let’s say you have 5,000 email subscribers. You’d like to send a weekly newsletter and periodically promote your digital products, so you expect to send between 20,000 and 40,000 emails per month (or 4-8 emails per subscriber).
With Podia, you could use the free plan and purchase an email add-on for 5,000 subscribers for a total of $42/per month. You get unlimited email sends on all plans, so you don’t have to worry about going over. If you have a longer campaign or want to send more reminder emails during a launch, you’re free to do that without worrying about extra charges.
With Brevo, the free plan would be challenging since you can only send 300 emails per day. You couldn’t send a message to your entire list on the same day, so you’d have to use a paid plan.
Brevo plan costs for 40,000 monthly email sends:
- Starter: $35/month
- Business: $75/month
Keep in mind that the Starter plan doesn’t include landing pages, and no Brevo plans include the ability to sell digital downloads, so you may have to pay for third-party tools to get these features. Also, if you go over the 40,000 email send limit in a given month, you have to pay overage fees.
