Join the Podia team 👋
Help make it possible for everyone to earn a living from their passion.
We’re building the most creator-friendly platform on the planet to help people sell online courses, memberships and digital downloads.
Podia has been around since 2014 and has helped more than 25,000 creators by focusing on building an easy-to-use product, amazing support and a relentless passion, across our entire team, for helping our customers succeed.
If ours sounds like a mission you can get behind, then we’d love to have you on our team!
Why work at Podia?
Need to go to a doctor’s appointment, take your dog for a walk or see the kids’ school play? No problem; as long as you get your work done, you can work whenever and wherever you want 🗺️
No micro-managing here. You’ll be given high-level direction and then left to solve it the way you feel is best. You’re the expert! 📚
Even though you won’t be micro-managed, the rest of the team is always ready to lend a hand — or even an ear if you just need to brainstorm some ideas 💡
You get to work with a small, highly-talented team that has built — and continues to build — our business with care. 🎨
We have a rapidly growing base of passionate customers. Your work will be seen and appreciated by thousands of people ❤️
Competitive compensation. We want to hire the best people, and we’re happy to take care of them 💰
(Paid for) annual retreats.
Spend time with the team and have fun together. Past retreats have taken us to Portland, ME & Brooklyn, NY ✈️
We take care of our crew.
We never want Podia employees worried about their health. US-based team members get health/dental/vision benefits for you, your spouse/partner and your kids. Non-US team members get a $750 quarterly stipend that can be spent on health-related expenses.
Professional development credit
We’re proud to have a team that’s obsessed with learning and getting better, and we want to support that, so every Podia employee can expense up to $1,000 annually on professional development expenses like conferences, books and (duh) online courses.
We want to help you save for retirement, so we match your 401k contributions up to 4%
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
An FSA lets US-based employees save pre-tax money to spend on approved healthcare and childcare expenses.
Paid vacation and sick days
We encourage you to take time off, with 3 weeks of paid vacation every year, plus 5 sick days to be used when you’re not feeling well or just need to recharge.
For every three years you work at Podia, you can take a full month off (in addition to your paid vacation) for a sabbatical.
In addition to your three weeks of vacation time, Podia team members get paid holidays for one week around Christmas & New Year (exact dates announced each year), as well as for bank holidays in your home country.
Paid family leave
When you become a parent — whether through childbirth, surrogacy, adoption or foster care — family leave at Podia lets mothers and fathers take 4 weeks of paid time off, plus up to 4 weeks of unpaid time off.
These four principles drive everything we do:
In every facet of the Podia product or business, we ask ourselves: is this first and foremost in the interests of Creators? Our success as a company is solely determined by the success of the Creators who use our platform, so their needs are our needs above everything else.
For everyone, equally
No matter who you are, how old you are, what race or gender you are, or what country you call home, if you’re a Creator, we’re working for you. We treat everyone with the same respect and with the same level of attention, regardless of whether you’re just starting out or at the top of your field.
Friendly and fun
At some point during the past twenty years, software became impersonal. Software is ones and zeros, but that doesn’t mean it should be robotic. Podia is for people and we want creators to be treated as such, and to know that they’re buying from people, not a business.
Always looking to the future
Creators are most successful when they embrace the future. It’s our job to build the future for Creators to live in.
